What we collect

We collect only what you give us through the contact form or readiness check: name, organization, email, phone (optional), website (optional), country, the package you're interested in, your message, and an optional readiness self-check result. We also store basic technical metadata such as your submission timestamp.

Website Readiness Scan

If you run the Website Readiness Scan, we record the website address you submit, your organization name and country, the public pages our scanner retrieved and their status codes, and the resulting scores, strengths, gaps, and page map. We fetch only publicly available pages on the domain you give us, and we do not retain the raw page content once scoring is complete. To send you the full report we also collect your first and last name, organization, work email, website, and country.

Report delivery, marketing, and calls are separate

Report delivery is a transactional service you request: the consent you give at the scan form covers emailing you the report link and storing the details needed to deliver it. Marketing updates and permission to call you are separate, optional choices. They are unchecked by default, are never required to receive your report, and opening your report link does not grant either one. A phone number is only requested if you choose to allow a call. You can withdraw marketing or call permission at any time by writing to info@parkbench13media.com.

Report links

Report links are single-purpose and time-limited: applicant links expire after 7 days, and the internal review link used by our own staff expires after 30 days. Links are stored only as irreversible hashes, and resending a link reissues it rather than reusing the old one. Resends are rate-limited to protect your inbox.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry and to evaluate fit. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train AI models.

How we store it

Submissions are stored in a managed database hosted in the United States. Access is restricted to Parkbench13 Media personnel and the platform providers required to deliver the service (database hosting and transactional email delivery).

How long we keep it

We retain submissions for as long as we have an active or potential working relationship, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time by writing to info@parkbench13media.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. Write to us and we'll work with you in good faith.

Cookies

This site uses only the strictly necessary cookies needed to load pages. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking on this site.

Children

This site is intended for adults working with nonprofit organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by direct notice.
