Who these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the parkbench13.com website (the “Site”). Paid engagements are governed by a separate written engagement letter or scope of work.

What we offer

Parkbench13 Media assists nonprofits with website development, copywriting, Google Ad Grant readiness, Google for Nonprofits and Google Ad Grant application support, and a time-boxed paid Google Ads launch. Pricing is published on /packages.

No guarantees about Google

Eligibility and approval for Google for Nonprofits and the Google Ad Grant are determined solely by Google. We do not control Google's decisions and do not guarantee approval, approval timing, or specific campaign results. Parkbench13 Media is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

Ad spend

For the 3-Month Paid Google Ads Launch Support, your organization pays Google directly for all ad spend. The $1,500 fee covers our setup, structure, and optimization work — it does not include ad spend.

Website Readiness Scan

The Website Readiness Scan is a free, preliminary, automated review of a limited number of publicly available pages on a website you are authorized to submit. By running it you confirm you have that authority. It is not an eligibility assessment and does not determine or infer legal status, charity registration, tax deductibility, Goodstack verification, eligibility, or approval — those decisions rest with Google and Goodstack. Scores are indicative only. We may rate-limit, decline, or pause scans to protect the service, and we may decline websites that cannot be safely or lawfully retrieved.

Report delivery versus optional consents

Requesting the full report is a transactional request: you ask us to email you a single-purpose, time-limited report link and we store the details required to deliver it. Marketing updates and permission to call you are separate, optional choices that are never required to receive the report, and opening a report link verifies only your email address — it does not create marketing or call consent. Report links are personal to you; please don't share them.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to do anything unlawful or to interfere with its operation. Don't attempt to access submissions or systems you're not authorized to access.

Intellectual property

Content on the Site is owned by Parkbench13 Corp. or its licensors. You may view and share it for non-commercial informational purposes.

No professional advice

Information on this Site is general in nature and is not legal, tax, fundraising, or compliance advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Parkbench13 Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
